Lesson Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a lesson, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice, preferably 48 hours. Our teachers are busy working musicians, and their time is in demand. If your child is sick, we will do our best to accommodate with a makeup, subject to availability. There are no refunds for missed lessons. If a teacher cancels, there will be a makeup provided.

Make-up Lessons: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you provide a 48-hour notice for a lesson cancellation, we will do our best to offer a make-up lesson, subject to availability. There are built-in days for makeup during the school semester. Note: we limit makeups to 3 per school year.

Tuition and Payment: Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each month. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online transfers. Late payments may incur a late fee.

Termination of Lessons: Should you decide to discontinue lessons, we require a 30-day notice. Refunds for prepaid lessons will be prorated accordingly.

Safety and Supervision: The safety of our students is our utmost priority. We require an adult to be present in the home for all lessons. Lessons should take place in a public space such as living room of the home. Teachers are never allowed to be in a child’s bedroom.

Code of Conduct: We expect all students to maintain respectful behavior towards their instructors, fellow students, and instruments.

Photos/Videos: We may take photos or videos of your child in the lesson. This allows us to send videos to you at home to practice, share with other students and also use for creation of educational materials and marketing purposes.
